**Ingredients:**
1 chicken breast
½ broccoli
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
**Sauce:**
4 tbsp sour cream
½ lime zest
½ lime juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
**Recipe:**
Cut broccoli like me
Boil broccoli for 5 minutes
Cut chicken breast like me
Chop boiled broccoli like me
Mix chopped chicken breast and chopped broccoli
Grate a clove of garlic
Add ½ cup grated Parmesan and 1 egg
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Stir everything
Add 2 tbsp flour and stir
Grease a preheated fry pan with olive oil and make cutlets
Fry broccoli cutlets for 4 minutes on each side
For the sauce, mix 4 tbsp sour cream and lime zest
Squeeze lime juice
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp hot sauce
Stir everything
Chicken cutlets with broccoli ready
