Korean Skirt Steak Tacos
Ingredients
8oz skirt steak
1 cup of Sugar free Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup of Sriracha
Trader Joe’s Jicama Wraps
1 bunch of Cilantro
Kimchi
1 head of Broccoli
Half bell pepper
Fresh Ginger
Steps
Marinate Skirt Steak in 1/2 cup of teriyaki and 1/4 cup of Sriracha. Let marinate for 8-10 hours. Remove Skirt Steak from marinade and pan fry each side 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan. Slice across the grain and add back to pan with marinade. Place on jicama wraps and top with kimchi to your likening and garnish with cilantro.
To make broccoli beef, toss broccoli in 1/2 cup teriyaki and 1/4 sriracha. Slice and dice about a table spoon of ginger and add to broccoli. Slice bell pepper and add. Toss into pan on medium heat and sauté for a minute. Then cover pan and lower heat to low and let simmer for 7-10 minutes until broccoli softens.
