  1. Incorporating low carb tortillas really helps me feel like a semi-normal eating human being. But they can add up fast! I try to stay away from keto bread, as it really makes me crave any other real bread/carb. LC Tortillas don’t give me the same mental response, so I stick with those!

  2. I’ve started thinking about incorpprstijg low carb tortillas and breads. I recall reading that they can stall weight loss, any anectodes to that effect? I really am only about 10 to 15 pounds from my goal weight.

  3. Each quesadilla is two Mr. Tortilla low-carb tortillas, 15g shredded cheese, and 15g leftover taco meat (beef and seasonings). Cooked in a pan with some oil spray.

    Salad is spring mix, green onion, a little tomato, feta cheese, and a southwest dressing ([recipe for dressing here](https://www.wholekitchensink.com/southwest-ranch-dressing/)).

    Macros for the whole plate, plus sour cream and salsa, is 580 calories, 10g net carbs, 25g protein, and 46g fat.
