  1. Do not let the simplicity of these fool you, there is something about the combination of the pulled pork with the chaffle loaded with provolone or white american. They just go so very well together, and of course my boyfriend is reading this behind me yelling “especially with hot sauce on it!” Lol. Try these and let me know what you think!

    1 egg

    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

    dash of salt and pepper

    1 cup pulled pork

    My Pulled Pork Taco video showing me preparing the pork:

    2 slices of provolone cheese


    1. Mix 1 egg, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, and a dash of salt and pepper in bowl and stir well

    2. Place 1/2 of chaffle mixture on dash mini waffle maker and ensure that entire surface is coated

    3. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until it is done to the way you like

    4. Remove from waffle maker and allow to cool for a minute

    5. Add 1/4 cup pulled pork to the top of the chaffle

    6. Add other desired ingredients such as diced onions and then 1 slice of provolone or white American cheese

    7. Place in oven or toaster oven on broil.

    8. Cook till cheese is at desired doneness.
