  1. The best dessert gets a healthy makeover aka Fudgy Keto Avocado Brownies! With these simple ingredients, you’re no more than just a minute away from a hunger-squashing, fudgy bite!


    2 ripe Avocados

    1/2 cup Lakanto Syrup

    2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    1 tsp Brewed Coffee

    4 oz Sugar-Free Baking Chocolate (melted)

    2 Eggs

    1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

    1/2 cup Almond Flour



    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper. In the bowl of the food processor, pulse together avocado, lakanto syrup, vanilla, and coffee (optional) until smooth and there aren’t any clumps of avocado. Pour in the melted chocolate and pulse until creamy. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg for one minute until bubbly on top. Stir in the chocolate avocado mix, mixing until combined. Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, and salt. Stir until just combined. Evenly spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the brownies are just set. Do not overbake. Cool completely before serving.

  2. I wish I could just buy these somewhere, not knowing the specific ingredients…I’m not sure if I can get past the mental block of avocado and chocolate together. Avocado, yes delicious! Guacamole, salads, salsa. Chocolate, yum! Sweet, rich delicious. In my mind, they don’t belong in the same dish. I’d be imagining the avocado taste even if it wasn’t noticeable. Nevertheless, this is a lovely photo of them, though.

  3. What is Lakanto Syrup? A sugar substitute? Is it essential to the consistency or can it be substituted for any keto sweetener?
