  1. The fastest keto bread I’ve made in less than five minutes, it’s so good. Like bread too. Nice texture. Solid enough to make a sandwich. The flavor is nice and light. Wheat is a good alternative to bread for people who are low on carbohydrates. Will definitely make again!

    Ingredients

    1 tablespoon butter

    ⅓ cup blanched almond flour

    1 egg

    ½ teaspoon baking powder

    1 pinch salt

    Directions

    Step 1

    Place butter in a microwave-safe mug. Microwave until melted, about 15 seconds. Swirl mug until fully coated.

    Step 2

    Combine almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt in the mug; whisk until smooth.

    Step 3

    Microwave at maximum power until set, about 90 seconds. Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.

  2. I have this once in awhile when I’m in the mood for toast.
    I slice it in half, toast it in my toaster oven and top it with butter, keto friendly peanut butter or my strawberry rhubarb preserves.
    It’s really satisfying. ☺
