    Ingredients of Oats Milk and for it’s 3 daily uses (Banana Milkshake, Ice Tea, Ice Coffee)

    =========================================================================

    Rolled Oats

    chilled Water

    Ice Cubes

    Banana

    Tea

    Honey

    Coffee

    Preparation steps

    =================

    To make Oat Milk, add 1 cup of Rolled Oats in blender. I will use Quaker Rolled Oats.

    Add 4 cups of chilled Water in the blender.

    Add 4 Ice Cubes to prevent the milk becoming slimy.

    Blend for 30 seconds at full speed.

    After blending, strain out the Oats residue by using Cheese cloth or Kitchen towel.

    Oat Milk is separated from Oats residue and ready to consume.

    Use the Oat Milk to make Banana Milkshake. Add 1 glass of Oat Milk in blender.

    Add pieces of 1 medium Banana.

    Blend for 20 seconds at full speed.

    After 20 seconds of blending, Banana Milkshake is done.

    You can use Oat Milk to make Ice Tea. Take 1/2 cup of Liquor Tea.

    Add 1 teaspoon of Honey in the tea.

    Add 1/2 cup of Oat Milk in the Tea.

    Add 1 Ice Cube in the Tea and Ice Tea is ready.

    You can make Ice Coffee with Oat Milk. Add some Ice Cubes in Coffee Mug.

    Add 1 tablespoon of Honey.

    Add 1 cup of Coffee.

    Add 3/4th cup of Oat Milk in the Coffee and Ice Coffee is ready.

  2. Great recipe! I have a potentially stupid question though. What is liquor tea? A quick google search only yields White Claws and Hot Toddie recipes.

  3. Could have used this this morning when I made oat milk. It was good but REALLY thick to the point I dont know if its effective as milk or a smoothie.
