Ingredients

Refined Oil
Yogurt
Powdered Sugar
Maida (Plain Flour)
Baking powder
Baking Soda
Milk
Vanilla essence
Coco powder
Preparation steps
=================
Add 1/2 cup of Refined Oil in a glass bowl.
Add 1 cup of Yogurt in the bowl.
Add 1 cup of powdered Sugar.
Whisk.
Place a strainer on the bowl and add 2 cups of Maida (Plain Flour).
Add 2 teaspoons of Baking powder in Maida (Plain Flour).
Add 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda.
Strain the Maida (Plain Flour).
Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of milk part by part and continue stirring.
Add 1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence and mix well.
Cake batter is ready. Take 1/2 portion of the batter in another glass bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of Coco powder in the bowl containing 1/2 portion of the batter and mix well.
So we have 2 batters now, one with Coco powder and another without Coco powder.
Next pour 1 service spoon batter in cake mould from 2 batters alternately. Repeat multiple times, so that it forms multiple coloured layers of batters.
Make design on the batter with a pointed stick.
Preheat Oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
Bake the batter for 30 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
After 30 minutes, cake is ready.
Take out the cake from cake mould and remove parchment paper.
Cut and serve.
