Total carbs- 20 g
Carbs per serving – 10 g
Ingredients
– 1/2cup blackberries
– 1.5 cup coconut milk
– 1/2 cup coconut milk or double cream if dairy is ok
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until well combined. Pour into bottles or glasses to serve.
