    In a medium sized bowl mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, eggs, double cream and butter. Mix together well using a whisk. Grease a baking dish or a microwavable container. Transfer the mixture from the bowl to the baking dish. Microwave on high power (approximately 900 watts) for 2 minutes. Check if the bread is cooked in the middle by poking it with a sharp knife. If the knife doesnt come away dry , then microwave for another 15-30 seconds. Allow the bread to cool for 10-15 minutes. Then, slice it in half, making two even slices. Add butter to a medium sized frying pan and turn on a medium heat until the butter has melted. Then, add one of the bread slices to the frying pan. Right away, add the ham and cheese on top of the bread slice then add the second slice of bread on top to form the sandwich. Toast the sandwich in the frying pan for 5 minutes, turning so both sides become golden brown.

    Keto Bread
    1 tsp of butter
    2 tbsp of almond flour
    2 tbsp of coconut flour
    1 tsp of baking powder
    2 large eggs
    2 tbsp of double cream

    4 tbsp of cheddar cheese
    2 pieces of ham
