**Ingredients:**
100g rice flour
100g coconut flour
100g coconut oil
4 bananas
5g soda
1 tsp lemon juice
5g baking powder
50g sugar
2 eggs
Nuts and pumpkin seeds
**Recipe:**
Peel and chop 3 bananas
Make banana puree
Break 2 eggs
Add 50g sugar and 100g coconut oil
Add banana puree and stir everything
Sift 200g flour in two steps
Add 5g baking powder
Mix 5g of baking soda and 1 tsp lemon juice
Stir everything
Pour the dough into a baking dish
Decorate with banana, nuts and seeds
Bake in oven for 60 minutes at 180 °C (356F)
Delicious banana bread is ready
