    Today’s recipe is very easy to make and very versaltile as its ingredients can be changed as per personal choice or taste or the preference..You can make it either way…like vegetarian or non vegetarian, i have used seekh that can be of your choice using veg seekh or non veg seekh..Hope so you will enjoy watching and may be you will try at home

    INGREDIENTS:-
    _____________________________________________________
    **Seekh (i have used chicken seekh..You can use veg seekh or completely exempt it to make the vegetarian version of the salad)
    **Some cottage cheese/paneer, Cucumber, Capsicum, apple (or fruit of your choice), Carrot, deseeded tomato, sliced onion, red/green chilly thickly chopped, coriander leaves chopped, Mixed seeds/ seeds of your choice

    For the Dressing:-
    **Desi ghee/Clarified butter/Extra virgin olive oil – 2 spoons,
    **tobasco Sauce as per taste(You can substitute with little amounts of chilli sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce each
    **Oregano/Mixed herbs/Pizza seasoning as per taste
    **Chilli Flakes, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder as per taste
    **Squeeze of a lemon juice

    METHOD:
    **Mix all the salad ingredients except dressing in a bowl.
    **Prepare the dressing in a seperate bowl if you are not serving immedientely.

    KINDLY NOTE THAT: For keeping the salad fresh and crunchy and to avoid salad being soggy, you can keep dressing ready in a separate bowl, and mix it later just before serving..It will taste then even better
