    •10 lbs leg quarters

    •2 tbsp salt

    •1 ½ tbsp pepper

    •1 tbsp onion powder

    •1 tbsp garlic powder

    •1 tbsp powder

    •1 tbsp paprika

    •1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning

    3-4 lbs Broccoli

    •2 tsp salt

    •2 tsp pepper

    •1 tsp onion powder

    •1 tsp garlic powder

    •1 tsp lemon pepper season

    •2 tbsp olive oil

    •2 tbsp butter

    Directions
    Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and lemon pepper seasoning. Place on grill at 300 degrees over the flame for 2-3 minutes to get color on both sides of the chicken them remove to the indirect side of the grill (not over the heat source) to smoke for an hour.
