Ingredients
===========
Milk
Flour
Salt
Cardamom powder
Sugar
Butter
Corn Flour
Cashew nuts
Water
Preparation steps
=================
Add 2 and 1/2 cups of Milk in a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of Flour in the Milk.
Add pinch of Salt.
1/2 teaspoon of Cardamom powder.
Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a pan.
Add 1/2 cup of Sugar.
Mix well.
Heat the mixture and stir slowly while the mixture is getting hot.
Stir faster once the mixture is hot so that lump does not form.
Mixture is thick and homogeneous.
Grease a bowl with Butter.
Transfer the mixture to the bowl, cool to room temperature and keep in freeze for 1 hour.
Add 1 cup of Water in a bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of Corn Flour.
Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of Sugar in a pan and heat.
Stir the Sugar continuously till it is caramelized.
Add the Corn Flour mixture in the melted Sugar and keep on stirring so that lump does not form.
Pour the caramelized Sugar on the pudding.
Garnish with crushed Cashew nuts and keep for 30 minutes.
Caramel Pudding is ready.
