    ## Ingredients

    – 1 baby napa cabbage
    – 200g ground meat
    – 150g tofu
    – 50g glass noodles
    – 1 green onion
    – 2T chopped chilli pepper

    (ginger powder, cooking wine, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, oyster sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper)

    ## Directions

    – Tear off the leaves of cabbage and soak it in water with baking soda for a while.
    – Add 200g ground meat, 150g tofu, 50g glass noodles, 15g green onion, 1/2T salt, a bit of pepper, 1t ginger powder, 1T cooking wine, 1T minced garlic, 1T sesame oil to make dumpling stuffing.
    – Put cabbage leaves in boiling water & boil until they are soft.
    – Place the filling of the dumpling on top of the cabbage leaf and roll it up.
    – Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam it for 10 minutes
    – Pour the dumpling broth into the pan, add 1t salt, 1T soy sauce, 1/2T sugar, 1/2T oyster sauce, 1T vinegar, 2T chopped chilli pepper, and a bit of pepper to make the sauce.
