Get a packet of Oreos.
Separate the cookie from
The filling in different bowls
Take the cookie and put it in a blender and add 80ml of milk and one egg.
Blend til smooth
Transfer to bowl
Add 1 tsp of baking powder
Whisk til smooth
Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 10 minutes
Uncover and whisk again to smooth it out
Get a pan and put it over low heat.
Pour mixture into pan into your desired size like a pancake
Wait til it start bubbling on top and flip over for a minute.
Repeat again for the 2nd Oreo pancake top thingy
Now for the cream add 2tbsp of butter cream to the Oreo cream and whisk til smooth
Once smooth out on top of one of your Oreo pancakes and then put the other Oreo pancake on top and press the sides together.
