Dilly Beef Sandwiches

**Ingredients**
3 to 4 pound chuck roast
1 – 16 oz jar whole dill pickles
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
hamburger buns

Put your roast in the crockpot, then add pickles (with brine), chili sauce, and garlic. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Remove pickles and discard. Shred meat and stir with the juices left in crockpot.

Serve on the buns.

**NOTES**
I could not find whole dill pickles. I ended up with a 24 oz jar of dill spears. I used the whole thing.

I also used a full 12 oz bottle of the chili sauce. I wanted plenty of juice to serve with the meat, to make it more like a sloppy joe than just shredded meat. It worked out perfectly.

Warning: Your entire house will smell like a dill pickle for the first hour or two of cooking. After that, however, it begins to meld with the chili sauce and the dill smell goes completely away.
