  1. These keto flatbreads are so so good and super easy to make. Minus the salt they only include 3 ingredients! I was super excited to share these because they are so versatile and taste so darn good! You can use them as pita bread and make wraps, as a flatbread crust and bake it with your favourite toppings or eat it like I do dipped in spinach and artichoke dip or keto friendly hummus. 😀

    These DO use my Keto Bread & Pastry Flour that I just was able to start selling so if you don’t have it/aren’t interested I totally understand and if you go to the video description, there are 2 other flatbread recipes I’ve listed instead! Let me know if you have trouble finding them and I can mention them here!

    But thank you so much to the people that have ordered/tried my flour, you don’t know how much it means to me and I can’t wait to make more recipes for you! (I’m also working on international shipping right now!) For those you don’t have DON’T WORRY I promise I will still post my usual recipes as always! I’m actually just adding recipe to my schedule each week. So you don’t need the flour to continue to follow my recipes. 🙂

    Anyways, with that out of the way, here’s how I made these!

    **How To Video:** [**Keto 3 Ingredient Flatbreads**](

    # Keto 3 Ingredient Flatbreads Recipe

    **Serves: 6-8 flat breadsIngredients:**

    * 1 cup + 1 tbsp full fat sour cream, 255g
    * 2 cups [**Mouthwatering Motivation Keto Bread & Pastry Flour**](, 220g
    * 2 tsp baking powder
    * 1/2 tsp salt
    * Olive oil for frying (optional)

    1. Add the sour cream to a large bowl.
    2. Add the Keto Bread and Pastry Flour and then sprinkle in the baking powder and salt as well.
    3. Use a spoon to mix everything until it gets tough to stir.
    4. Use your hands to knead the dough in the bowl until you can form a relatively smooth ball that’s no longer super sticky (this should take ~3-4 minutes).
    5. Cover the ball of dough with a lightly damp paper towel or cloth and set aside to rest for 20min.
    6. Towards the end of this time, heat a non-stick frying pan over low – medium heat with a little olive oil (if using).
    7. After your dough has rested, place it on a large greased piece of parchment paper or a clean, greased surface and use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut it into 6-8 pieces.
    8. Roll a piece of dough into a ball and then flatten it slightly with your hand.
    9. Place another piece of greased parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a rough circle, pretty much as thin as you can get it.Place this piece of dough in the hot pan and let it cook for ~40s-1min then flip and repeat for the other side. Make sure your pan isn’t too hot so the dough has time to fully cook through on each side (it should have some brown spots before flipping).
    10. Set the finished flatbread on a plate and repeat this process for the rest of the dough.
    11. Serve warm with your favourite fillings, dip in hummus or use as “crust” and top with whatever you’d like and place in the oven on a tray at 375*F until the toppings are melted. Enjoy our Keto 3 Ingredient Flatbreads!
