  1. Video of me making these if you want to watch:


    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    2 tbsp Rao’s pizza sauce

    1 tbsp diced onion

    6 slices peperoni

    1 mission balance low carb burrito wrap

    2 teaspoons grated parmesan


    1. Prep all necessary ingredients.

    2. Cook pepperoni in a frying pan until good and crispy, then remove from pan and place on paper towel to drain excess grease.

    3. Place burger into frying pan with pepperoni grease. Fry until desired doneness is reached and then remove from the frying pan and place on paper towel to drain excess grease.

    4. Place tortilla wrap down, then add 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese into the center. Next add 1 tbsp Rao’s (or your favorite low carb pizza sauce) on top of cheese. Then add other desired ingredients. Top that with 1 teaspoon of parmesan cheese and then 3 slices of peperoni. On top of that add the burger and then repeat the previous process almost in reverse: 1 tbsp Rao’s Pizza Sauce, 1 teaspoon parmesan, 3 peperoni slices, desired toppings, and then 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.

    5. Fold the edges of the burrito wrap up and around the burger and cheese. Make sure to entirely enclose the burger.

    6. Add folded quesadilla to a medium-low heat frying pan to brown, folded side down. Check often and don’t cook it on too high of a heat. Once desired browning is achieved flip the quesadilla and brown the other side. Once both sides have reached your desired doneness remove quesadilla from the heat and allow to cool for 2 or 3 minutes

    7. Enjoy!
