Download I believe in the nutritional psychiatry of two labs:
I-O-N’s lab with CoQ10: https://www.gdx.net/core/sample-reports/ION-3100-sample-report.pdf
The latest microbiome lab: https://www.gdx.net/core/sample-reports/gi-effects-2200-sample-report.pdf
The decisions after the microbiome lab are an art, organic foods dogma, and science. Christine Roche at DigestiveHealth.Center wanted me on loads of organic vegetables I couldn’t cook conveniently.
She enjoys rehearsing her commitments: long lectures on the value of organic produce, none of which were a convenient InstantPot recipe.
I would like to identify and discuss a meal deeply compatible with the above lab: $1.50 in collard greens for fiber and $1.90 for 40 grams of protein in a Huel shake.
This is not product placement. If you are familiar with Ensure being an understood protein supplement in dietetics, you should also get that Huel is a step up as a “complete” meal. The guys screaming about product placement are annoyed at themselves for not being familiar with the world-class product in the marketplace. For $1.90, Huel delivers a better micronutrient distribution than eggs.
The last time I mentioned Huel, it was to recommend a meal plan for homelessness. A fitness type insulted me for talking about a protein shake with fake vitamins. I insist on Huel for homeless guys to be on their zinc and iron to say the least. In fact, when it comes to the “crisis population” in the United States, I think that you have an obligation to be able to point to Huel. Scream about product placement, and I should get to scream about you killing the homeless through pissant negligence.
Huel meal replacement is not just protein like Ensure. Huel is enough fiber to pass a complete stool. It is also organic pea protein, omega-3 ALA, and unadulterated omega-6 LA.
The dork nutrient is EGCG, but it is so low in milligrams for the smallest hormesis effect. I couldn’t imagine the day I would ever say “You had me at EGCG.”
What do you think about a $3 meal of InstantPot collard greens and Huel protein? It is a plate of fiber and 40 grams of protein. I actually don’t trust what’s in your stomach for $3 if this isn’t it.
Cheers. Recipe
