    Ingredients

    Prawn

    Turmeric powder

    Salt

    Cumin powder

    Kashmiri Red Chili powder

    Black Pepper

    Garam Masala

    Besan (Gram Flour)

    Ginger

    Garlic

    Green Chili

    Hung Curd

    Mustard Oil

    Chaat Masala

    Lime

    Preparation steps

    =================

    First I will marinate the Prawn. For that, I will prepare the marination masala.

    I will use 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of Salt, 1 teaspoon Cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri Red Chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of Garam Masala, 1 tablespoon of dry roasted Besan (Gram Flour), 1 teaspoon of Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili paste (Remove extra water from the paste before adding), 1 tablespoon of Hung Curd, 1 tablespoon (Approx) of Mustard Oil. Mix well. This will make the marination masala.

    Add 300 gms of Prawn in the marination masala and mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    While the Prawns are getting marinated, I will prepare the Yogurt Dip.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of Salt, 1 teaspoon of Chaat Masala in 4 tablespoons of Hung Curd. Add little Lime juice. Mix well.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri Red Chili powder in curd and mix well. Yogurt Dip is ready.

    After 2 hours, Prawn is well marinated. Add little Lime juice in the Prawn and mix.

    Skew the Prawns in the Skewer and place on Baking tray.

    Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius.

    After 10 minutes pre heat, place the baking tray in the lower rack of oven and grill for 10 minutes at 220 degree celsius.

    After 10 minutes of grilling, bring out the baking tray.

    Brush Mustard Oil on both sides of the Prawns.

    Place the baking tray in the lower rack of oven and grill again for 10 minutes at 220 degree celsius.

    After 10 minutes of final grilling, Tandoori Prawn is ready. Serve it with the Yogurt Dip and Lime.
