  1. Keto Spinach and Cheese Egg Bites
    These egg bites are best for people who want a quick morning meal. The fillings are so good you will never feel like you’re eating diet food!

    ? Servings: 1
    2 Eggs
    1/3 cup shredded Mozzarella
    1/2 cup chopped Spinach
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
    Pinch of Salt and Pepper
    1) Preheat oven to 400F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or non-stick cooking spray.
    2) Beat eggs, nutmeg powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
    3) Fold in cheese and chopped spinach.
    4) Pour the mixture into muffin cups and bake for 12-15 minutes.

  2. You read my mind (stop doing that! and of course… ahuh I am now thinking of naked hamz in penguin suits so suck on that) as to what I wanted to make for breaky this week.

    I was going to use ham slices to line my muffin cups instead of paper. Yum!

  3. I loved this recipe! I have made 2 batches so far for my meal prep this week. The first was the same recipe but with a ham lined cup. The second batch was also ham lined but I filled it with spinach, artichoke and feta (egg and mozzarella too). I also added paprika instead of nutmeg for both. [Here]( is a pic!
