  1. Pork was marinaded with two stalks of lemongrass, olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper, garlic powder. Two teaspoons of each spice.

    Air fried at 375F for 30 mins. It came out a bit dry so fry yours for 20-25 mins.

    Cauliflower rice was microwaved and the broccolini was seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Broiled for about 10 mins.
