Mouthwatering Berry Keto Dump Cake

INGREDIENTS

* 1/2 cup **coconut flour**
* 1/4 cup **almond flour**
* 3 cups frozen mixed berries
* 1/2 cup melted butter **or coconut oil**
* 1/2 cup **Sweetener
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp **baking powder**
* 1 tbsp lemon zest
* 1/4 tsp **xanthan gum**
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

* Preheat oven to 375F/190C. Spray a 9×5″ baking pan with cooking spray or grease with butter.
* In a medium mixing bowl, add frozen mixed berries, sweetener, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir until combined.
* Pour the berry mixture into the prepared baking pan.
* In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
* Sprinkle the flour mixture over the berries. Gently shake the pan to distribute evenly.
* Pour melted butter over the top of the flour mixture.
* Bake for 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven until the berry filling looks bubbly and the top is golden brown.
* Serve with homemade keto whipped cream or your favorite vanilla low carb ice cream.

  1. This totally looks like the Ina Garten peach berry crumbles recipe I’ve made a hundred times. Thank you for posting this. I’m not crazy about sweeteners so I’m going to try it without.

  2. Do you think you could do it with all coconut flour instead of a mix? My sister is diabetic and id love to make it for her but her husband is allergic to nuts
