    INGREDIENTS

    For the Rub:

    3 tbsp salt

    2 tbsp white pepper

    2 tbsp chili powder

    2 tbsp paprika

    2 tbsp garlic powder

    1 tbsp sweetener

    3 tbsp ground coffee

    1/4 cup yellow mustard

    3 racks of ribs

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Combine salt, white pepper, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, sweetener, and ground coffee in a small bowl. Rub ribs down with yellow mustard on both sides. Season the ribs liberally with the rub. Wrap the ribs in plastic wrap, then cover them in foil. Chill overnight or for at least 8 hours. Take the ribs out 1 hour prior to smoking or baking. Set up the barrel house smoker or preheat the oven to 275. Smoke or bake for 5 hours or until ribs is tender to be pulled off the bone.
