    Recipe:

    Vanilla shortcake crumble:
    1 packet JELL-O Vanilla Pudding
    1/4 cup almond flour
    4 tbsp melted butter

    Strawberry shortcake crumble:
    1 packet JELL-O Strawberry flavored gelatin
    1/4 cup almond flour
    4 tbsp melted butter

    Keto Vanilla Ice Cream

    Instructions:
    1. Mix vanilla and strawberry shortcake crumble ingredients in separate bowls.
    2. Spread both shortcake pastes beside each other on parchment paper.
    3. Place parchment paper on baking sheet.
    4. Bake the pastes at 350F for 7 minutes.
    5. Let the crumble cook at room temperature for 30 minutes and then cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    6. Place softened keto vanilla ice cream into silicone molds and place wooden sticks in at the bottom. Freeze for 1 hour.
    7. Break and crumble the vanilla and strawberry shortcake together.
    8. Cover your vanilla ice cream in your mixed crumble.
    9. Enjoy!!
