Hi!
For the bread:
1 spoon coconut flour
1 spoon almond flour
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
1 spoon melted butter
1 spoon cream
1 egg
1. Mix all the dry ingredients & then all the wet ingredients and incorporate.
2. Mix, mix, mix. (I did it by hand)
3. Pour into a microwaveable container.
4. Put into microwave for 2 minutes & check of its cooked. If not, add 15 secs until it’s done
5. Put it in a pan for it to grill.
Add mayo, mustard, turkey breast ham, cheese, spinach, & avocado.
I used your exact recipe to make egg and bacon muffins ?
How do you know when it’s cooked in the microwave? By how hard it gets?
