  1. Hi!

    Ingredients:

    2 eggs

    1 tablespoon natural vainilla extract

    2 tablespoon melted butter

    1/4 cup almond milk

    1 1/2 cup almond flour

    1 tablespoon baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (for the mix)

    1/4 CUP monk fruit/stevia/ or your preferred sweetener.

    Directions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 180 C.
    2. Mix all the dry ingredients & wet ingredients separately.
    3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ones while mixing
    4. Mix mix mix until smooth
    5. Pour into muffin molds
    6. Bake for 25 minutes & check.
    7. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top at the end. (Optional)

    It makes 10 small/medium muffins.

  3. Made these today, they were great!!! I used erythritol instead of monk fruit sweetener.

  6. I tried these and used regular milk instead of almond but they turned out so dry… not sure what I did wrong. Yours look so good!

  7. Made this today and they turned out great! Used coconut oil and ethyriol and added a pinch of PB2
