    **Ingredients**

    *
    Boneless Chicken (preferably thighs) – 350 g
    * Beef Mince (20-30% Fat)- 350 g
    * Salt – 1/2 Tbsp (to taste)
    * Water for boiling
    * Onion (chopped) – 1 Medium
    * Green chilies – 2 Large/medium (chopped)
    * Unsalted Butter – 60 g
    * Fresh Coriander – 3 Tbsp
    * Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp (to taste)
    * Red Chili Flakes – 1/2 tsp (to taste)
    * Mustard Powder – 1/2 tsp
    * Eggs – 2 (separate yolks from the whites)
    * Almond meal (for coating) – 80-100 g
    * Olive oil – As required for frying

    **Cooking Method:**

    1. In a large sauce pan/wok, add chicken and beef mince, stir in water until meat dips. add salt and Boil chicken and beef mince until water dries and meat tenders. (The brown color is a good indication of cooked meat)
    2. Take out chicken first after step 1 and shred in small fibers. Take large bowl, add boiled beef mince and shredded chicken. Add to the bowl onion, green chilies, butter, red chili flakes, coriander, black pepper, mustard powder and two egg yolks. Mix well with spoon and even with hands to form consistent mixture.
    3. Take palm size mixture and form into Rolls. Make rolls of all the mixture and set aside for some time. (can be put in the fridge for good results)
    4. Preheat olive oil in a wok. Coat chicken and beef rolls with almond meal and egg whites (separated previously from yolks). Add Rolls in preheated olive oil one by one and fry until golden brown. (Care must be taken while frying so that Rolls do not break, change sides carefully)
    5. Take out Fried Roll kebabs ad serve immediately while hot with sauce of choice.
