    Ingredients

    1) Potato – 2 big sized

    2) Salt

    3) Refined Oil

    4) Ginger paste

    5) Garlic paste

    6) Turmeric powder

    7) Paprika

    8) Tandoori Masala

    Preparation steps

    ===================

    1) First, peel the Potato. Cut the Potato into wedges. Wash the Potato wedges

    2) Next, boil the Potato wedges. Heat water. Add 1 teaspoon of Salt in Water. Add the Potato wedges in the water. Cover lid of the Kadai and boil for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes of boiling, take out the Potato wedges from water.

    3) Next, I will mix the Potato wedges with Masala. Add 2 tablespoons (Approx.) of Refined Oil on the Potato wedges. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger paste, 1 teaspoon of Garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons of Paprika, 1 teaspoon of Tandoori Masala. Mix well.

    4) Potato wedges are ready for baking. Place the Potato wedges on the Baking Tray.

    5) Preheat the Oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree Celsius. After 10 minutes preheat, place the Baking Tray in the middle rack of the Oven. Bake the Potato wedges for 20 minutes at 200 degree Celsius. After 20 minutes of Baking, move the Baking Tray to top rack of the Oven and bake for another 5 minutes at 200 degree Celsius. After 5 minutes of baking, Potato wedges are properly baked and ready to eat.
