    Ingredients

    ===================

    1) Oatmeal

    2) Salt

    3) Turmeric powder

    4) Red Chili powder

    5) Onion

    6) Tomato

    7) Coriander leaves

    8) Capsicum

    9) Water

    10) Refined Oil

    Preparation steps

    ===================

    1) First grind the Oatmeal.

    2) Add 1/2 cup Oatmeal powder in a bowl. Add pinch of Salt, pinch of Turmeric powder, pinch of Red chili powder, chopped Onion, chopped Tomato, chopped Coriander leaves, chopped Capsicum and mix properly. Add Water as per requirement and prepare batter.

    3) Add Refined Oil in pan and heat. Pour the batter in the Oil and fry. Cover the lid of the pan and cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, flip the Omelette.

    4) Healthy and tasty Oatmeal Omelette is ready.
