    Ingredients

    ===================

    1. Boneless Chicken
    2. Hung Curd
    3. Salt
    4. Coriander powder
    5. Cumin powder
    6. Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)
    7. Kashmiri Red Chili powder
    8. Ginger
    9. Garlic
    10. Coriander leaves
    11. Green Chili
    12. Refined Oil
    13. Cumin seed
    14. Yogurt

    Preparation steps

    ===================

    1) First, I will marinate chicken. Add 1/2 cup Hung Card in bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of Salt, 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of Cumin powder, 2 tablespoons of

    Kasuri Methi, 2 tablespoons of Kashmiri Red Chili powder, 2 teaspoons of Ginger and Garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of Coriander and Green Chili paste, 2 teaspoons (Approx.)

    of Refined Oil. Mix well. Add 500 gms of Boneless Chicken pieces. Mix properly. Cover the lid and keep in freeze for overnight for better marination.

    2) After overnight marination, skew the marinated chicken pieces in the Skewer. Cover Baking Tray with parchment paper. Place the Skewers on the Baking Tray covered

    with parchment paper.

    3) Preheat the oven at 200 degree celsius for 10 minutes

    4) After 10 minutes of preheat, place the baking tray in middle rack of oven. Grill the Chicken for 40 minutes at 200 degree celsius.

    5) While Chicken is being grilled, I will prepare the Coriander Sauce.

    6) Add Coriander leaves in grinder jar. Add 2 Green Chili, 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin seeds, Garlic, 2 teaspoons of Yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of Salt and blend. Coriander Sauce

    is ready.

    7) After 40 minutes of grilling, bring out the Chicken and brush Oil on the Chicken pieces. Grill again for 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius.

    8) Chicken Tikka is ready
