Ingredients
===================
1) Olive Oil
2) Cumin seed
3) Onion
4) Garlic
5) Ginger
6) Capsicum
7) Tomato
8) Salt
9) Green Chili
10) Oregano seasoning
11) Paprika
12) Sugar
13) Egg
14) Black Pepper
15) Spring Onion
16) Coriander Leave
Preparation steps
===================
1) First, I will prepare the Sauce. Add 2 tablespoons(Approx.) of Olive Oil in frying pan and heat it.
2) Add 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin seeds in the oil and fry till nice smell comes out.
3) Add chopped 1 big Onion and fry till the Onion is soft.
4) Add 1 teaspoon of Garlic paste, Ginger paste, chopped 2 medium size Capsicum.
5) Cover the lid of the pan for 2 minutes. This will make the fry faster and proper.
6) After 2 minutes, open the lid.
7) Add chopped 2 medium size Tomato, 1 teaspoon of Salt. Mix properly and cover the lid again for 2 minutes.
8) After 2 minutes, open the lid.
9) Add Tomato puree, chopped Green Chili, 1 tablespoon of Oregano seasoning, 2 tablespoons of Paprika. Mix everything properly and cover the lid for 1 minute.
10) After 1 minute, open the lid and add pinch of Sugar to balance the sourness of Tomato.
11) Now the Sauce is ready. Next, make space in the Sauce to place the Egg. Add cracked Egg in the space created. Cover the lid till the Egg is well cooked.
12) Once the Egg is cooked, open the lid.
13) Egg Shakshouka is ready.
14) Garnish the Egg Shakshouka with crushed Black Pepper, chopped Spring onion and Coriander Leaves before serving.
