    1lb LEAN Ground Beef

    1 oz Ground Pork Rinds

    2 Eggs

    1 tsp Multi-Purpose Seasoning

    3 Slices American Cheese

    6 Slices Bacon, Cooked

    1) Add your ground beef, pork rinds, eggs, and seasonings into a bowl and combine everything well.

    2) Cur your American cheese and bacon into bite sized pieces

    3) In a non-stick muffin tin, add about a 2 oz meatball and spread it out in the muffin into a bowl shape. Add in some of your bacon and cheese.

    4) Take another 2 oz meatball and spread it out over the top, pressing along the edges to close the seam. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

    5) Place onto a cookie sheet and into an oven set to 400°F for 25 minutes.

    6) Remove and let rest for 5-10 minutes

  4. Is the bacon crispy? I make something very similar to this but I wrap the bacon in the outside so it crisps up.

  5. Whats the purpose of using lean ground? Why not 80/20?

    Also have you seen the recent meatloaf episode of babish? I think you took an inverted ramekin and meatbowl shape one you could get crispy exterior and finish with the cheese on the outside?
