**Ingredients:**
For the caramel:
150g sugar
For the cheese mixture:
2 eggs
vanilla
50g sugar
120 g of cream cheese,
200 ml milk
For the cake:
2 eggs
40g sugar
vanilla
10 g cocoa
45 g of flour
35 g butter, melted
**Instructions:**
1 – In a saucepan put 150 g of sugar
2 – Over medium heat, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved
3 – In a baking tray or a mold, pour the caramel before it cools down and reserve
4 -In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, vanilla and 50g sugar
5 – Add 120 g of cream cheese, 200 ml of milk and mix
6 – Pour the mixture over the caramel
7 – In a bowl put 2 eggs, 40 g of sugar and vanilla
8 -Beat for 5 minutes until you get a creamy mixture
9 – Add 10 g of cocoa
10 – Add 45 g of flour
11 – Mix
12 -Add 35 g of melted butter and mix
13 – Pour the cake mixture over the cheese mix
14 – Put the tray inside a bigger one
15 – Pour boiling water into the large tray
16 -Bake for 60-70 minutes at 150ºC , after cooling 6-8 hours
17 – Unmold
