    *1/2 brick Maruchan Chicken Ramen

    *1 tsp seasoning packet

    *1oz grilled chicken

    *1 small carrot, sliced thin

    *1 clove garlic, sliced thin

    *1 green onion

    *5 sugar snap peas

    *1 cup plus 1 tbsp water

    *1/2 tbsp sesame oil

    *Low sodium soy sauce

    *1 boiled egg (soft or medium)

    Directions:

    Slice green onion (reserve dark green stalks) and garlic thinly and sauté in sesame oil until soft and fragrant.

    Add sugar snap peas and carrot to pan and heat through. Sprinkle seasoning on veggies.

    Pour water into pan and mix. Add 1/2 brick Ramen and cook 2 minutes.

    Add chicken to pan and heat through. Add splash or 2 of low sodium soy sauce. Serve in bowl with sliced boiled egg. Sprinkle with sliced dark stalks of green onion and enjoy!
