Keto Recipe: Fabulous berry bake

Recipe for Berry Bake
250 grams of Cream Cheese
115 grams sour cream
60 grams double cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon
10-20 grams of Xylitol or similar (this is optional)
200 grams of either frozen or fresh mixed berries
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour into a dish and place in an oven at 180 degrees for 42 minutes
