    CHIPS

    4 Tbsp Ground Pork Rinds

    1 Tbsp Shredded Parmesan

    3 Eggs

    2 Tbsp Cream Cheese

    1) In a food processor, add all of your ingredients and blend on low for 1 minute.

    2) Pour your mixture onto a silicone mat lined baking sheet and cook in the oven at 350°F for 7 minutes or until everything has set. Let cool for 5 minutes and careful remove from the silicon mat.

    3) Cut your sheets into desired shapes.

    4) Bring 1/2″ of oil of choice up to 350°F over medium heat. Carefully drop in your chips and cook for 1 to 2 minutes flipping often. Remove and drain on a paper towel lined plate and salt to taste.

    QUESO

    4 Oz Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese

    1/4 Cup Half and Half

    1/4 tsp Cumin

    1/4 tsp Salt

    1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning (optional)

    1/2 tsp Distilled White Vinegar

    1) Add all of your ingredients to a heat safe bowl and place over a double boil that’s set to medium heat.

    2) Whisk all of this together until melted and homogenous.

  2. those chips look amazing – I just made breaded pork chops using pork rinds and parmesan and I could NOT believe how incredible they turned out. crispy, salty, delicious. will definitely try these.
