    Ingredients

    1. Bread
    2. Butter
    3. Coriander chutney
    4. Carrot
    5. Black Pepper

    Preparation steps

    ===================

    1) To prepare the sandwich, I will use 3 Bread slices.

    2) First trim the sides of the Bread slices

    3) Soak the Bread slices with little water to make it soft. Flatten the slices.

    4) Next, I will join the slices. Add little water on the edges of the slices. Press and seal the edges of slices one after another.

    5) Spread Butter on the Bread slices uniformly. Spread Coriander chutney on the Butter uniformly. Spread grated Carrot on the Coriander chutney uniformly. This will create 3 layers of Butter, Coriander chutney and Carrot on the Bread slices. Add little Black Pepper finally on top.

    6) Roll the slices tightly. Wrap tightly the Bread roll with Aluminium foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    7) After 2 hours, unwrap the roll.

    8) Cut the roll in slices.

    9) Add Butter on both sides of the slices. Slices are ready for baking. Place the slices on baking tray.

    10) Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius.

    11) After 10 minutes preheat, place the slices on top rack of the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius.

    12) After 10 minutes of baking, bring out the slices from oven. Flip the slices and again place on top rack of the oven and bake for another 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius.

    13) After 10 minutes of final baking, Baked Pinwheel Sandwich is ready.
