  1. I was tired of shelling out an inordinate amount of money for this every day, about 1 carb per serving:

    **Ingredients (makes a pint and then some)**

    2/3 cup water

    1/2 cup **raw** almonds

    Juice from 1 lemon

    3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

    1 Tbsp liquid aminos

    2 cloves garlic

    1/2 cup peanut or grapeseed oil

    1/2 tsp of Kosher Salt

    (opional spices!)

    1 tsp cumin (or toasted cumin seeds!)

    1/2 tsp cayenne

    1/2 tsp coriander

    **Directions**

    Put it all in a blender and blend it all up! Slowly at first to break down the almonds, then faster to make nice and creamy.

    Eat it with a Joseph’s Wrap or your low carb vehicle of choice; red pepper, cheese crisp, you name it.
