    Ingredients
    400g Pork Belly
    5 tbsp Tempura Flours
    15 g Garlic.
    1 tpsp Fish Sauce.
    1/2 tpsp Oyster Sauce.
    Vegetable Oil for frying.
    Directions
    – Use a mortar and pestle to pound garlic to a rough paste.
    – Add The Pork Belly to mixing bowl.
    – Add tempura flour,Garlic ,Fish sauce ,Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce
    – Mix well and let this marinade for 30 minutes or longer.
    – Pour the oil for deep frying into pan over high heat.
    – Add pork belly Fry both sides until golden brown. Remove from pan.
    – Cut and serve.
    Thai Recipe “NAM JIM JAEW” (Thai chili dipping sauce)
    Ingredients
    1 tsp Chili Fakes.
    8 g Coriander.
    1/2 tpsp Fish sauce
    1/2 tpsp Lime Juice.
    1/4 tpsp Sugar
    Directions
    -Cut Coriander into pieces, about 1 cm.
    – Add Sugar,Chili flakes, Fish sauce, lime juice in bowl
    – Mix Well.
    – Add Coriander And Enjoy the sauce with “Moo Sam Chan Tod Nam Pla ” (Deep fried pork belly)

  2. Fried Pork belly always looks great, but how do u guys feel about all the fat? I’m American and we are conditioned to think “fat bad”.

  3. How different is it from pork neck? I had amazing grilled pork neck in Thailand and I would like to try it at home, but the cut is not easy to find.

    slice the tomato onion chillin into tiny pieces
    miix it altogether and here we go!!!
