Ingredients

Puffed Rice
Egg
Salt
Milk
Oregano Seasoning
Chili Flakes
Onion
Garlic
Capsicum
Tomato
Baking powder
Refined Oil
Preparation steps
===================
To prepare Puffed Rice Pancake, I will use 1 medium size bowl Puffed Rice and 2 Eggs.
First grind the Puffed Rice in grinder.
Next I will prepare the batter of Pancake.
Crack the Eggs in a bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Salt in Egg and whip.
Add 1/2 cup of milk and whip again.
Add 1 teaspoon of Oregano Seasoning, 2 tablespoons of Chili Flakes and grind Puffed Rice in the Egg mixture and mix properly.
The mixture needs to be homogeneous.
Add 1 medium size finely chopped Onion, 1 teaspoon of finely chopped Garlic, 1 small size finely chopped Capsicum, 1 medium size finely chopped Tomato and mix.
Add 1 teaspoon of Baking powder and mix properly.
The Pancake batter is ready. Now I will prepare the Pancake.
Add 1 tablespoon of Refined Oil in pan and heat.
Pour 1 service spoon full batter in the hot Oil and fry in low medium flame. After few minutes, flip the Pancake and fry.
The Spicy Puffed Rice Egg Vegetable Pancake is ready.
