  1. #Chicken


    – juice from one lemon (or 1/4 cup from a bottle, like I did ?)

    – 1/2 cup olive oil

    – 3 gloves garlic, minced

    – 1 tbsp dried oregano

    – 1 tsp salt

    – pepper to taste


    > Put chicken (about 1-1.5 lbs, I used three breasts) in large ziploc

    > Add marinade ingredients, seal bag, and smoosh around to mix it up

    > Refrigerate for 30 minutes, up to 2 hours. Don’t go much longer as the lemon can break down the chicken

    > Cook chicken! Remove from bag, season with a little paprika if you feel. I grilled ours on the BBQ, for probably 8 minutes or so a side. Could also bake (400 for about 20 mins) or pan fry.

    #Salad (amounts for two people)

    – spring mix or lettuce of choice (I used a whole container)

    – 40g cucumber

    – 1/2 bell pepper

    – 1/2 small tomato

    – 80g feta cheese

    – greek dressing of choice (I made my own… 3 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp red wine vinegar, a squirt of lemon juice, more oregano, salt, and pepper, shaken up in a jar… I used 4 tbsp dressing)

    > Chop veggies and add to lettuce. Add feta,add dressing and toss


    Calories: 560

    Net Carbs: 8.6g

    Protein: 51.6g

    Fat: 33.9g

  3. Just had this last night, but instead of chicken, I used 3 HB eggs. I use “Yasou” Greek dressing. It is the MOST delicious Greek dressing I have ever had.

  4. I ate a big mac and didnt go out of ketosis, tested every like 3 hours for 2 days. A few weeks later i drank a beer and still in ketosis. Fckyeah
