So delicious. I love it with Parmesan cheese, garlic and some flat leaf parseley and a bit of lemon
It’s delicious, I used to eat it all the time with spaghetti sauce.
Unfortunately the carbs add up really quickly. One cup I believe is around 6 g of carbs, and I’ve measured 4 cups coming out of a half of a squash which is about 25 carbs. And it’s so delicious it’s hard to only eat one cup.
Also does great in a pressure cooker!
You can also stab it all over with a fork and then microwave it! Much quicker!
Also does well in the microwave.
My favorite for “fettuccine” alfredo. It’s so good that I prefer it to pasta even when I’m not eating keto/lc
Just made some spaghetti from this last week for the first time. It’s surprisingly delicious.
Cream, garlic powder and parmesan is how I love mine!!
You can also cut it in half, scoop the seeds out, put face down on a dinner plate with a little water. Microwave for ~12 mins.

Cut it into 3-5 rings, not in half. The stands go around it in that direction so you will get long strands instead of tons of small bits.

Came to say cut into rings and roast with olive oil. I have tried many ways to cook and this is best.
Found an airfryer will 1/2 the cooking times on these
spaghetti squash is better than spaghetti noodles, there, I said it!
I’m sure a professional can make some mind blowing noodles, but that stuff I was eating out of the box for my entire life is junk compared to spaghetti squash.
Have you tried impastable? It’s keto friendly pasta that taste like real pasta.
