  1. This is a tutorial on how to make the least possible calories air fried pork rinds.

    Ingredients:
    Pork skin
    Equipment:
    Basic air Frier

    Steps:

    – Prepare and inspect your pork skin ( Try and get a machine cut portion from your market or butcher as it comes cleaner).

    – Cut into similar sizes and remove big chunks of fat still attached to the skin.

    – Wash and rinse in water.

    – Inspect skin is clean.

    – Put skin in boiling water for 1 hour.

    – After 1 hour gently remove from boiling water.

    – While still hot place in spread out flat position .

    – Remove smaller fat sections now visible and soft from boiling.

    – Let dry for a couple of minutes.

    – Place evenly and distributed in dehydration tray.

    – Dehydrate for 10 hours.
    – Remove form dehidrator while still hot place them over and under paper towels.

    – Prepare your portion to place directly into air fryer (No additional oil is needed) .

    – Start the air fryer at 350 F for 3 minutes

    – While hot place in paper towels to remove as much excess fat as possible.

    – Ready to eat. Add salt, sweetener or any spice you like.
