    We need:
    1 packet of any ramen noodles
    1 tbsp butter
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1 to 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp ramen water
    1 tsp red pepper flakes

    For garnish:
    chopped spring onions
    everything but the bagel seasoning

    1. Boil water in a pot. Cook ramen noodles for about 2 minutes. Do not include the ramen noodle seasoning. Drain and set aside. Reserve 2 tbsp of ramen water.
    2. Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, red pepper flakes and ramen water. Mix it very well until the sugar has melted.
    3. Add the cooked ramen and mix it well with the sauce. Push ramen on one side of pan and cook and egg on the other side. Once egg is cooked, mix it all together.
    4. Transfer to a plate, garnish with spring onions and everything but the bagel seasoning.
    5. Enjoy!
