  1. How many pancakes does the recipe yield? And it’s serving size?

The link only noted 1 serving size but am i right to assume that it makes 1 serving=3 pancakes based on the pic?

  2. Do I understand you correctly?

3,75ish table spoon as total volume off dry ingredients and 1 spoon (over 25%) is sugar?

    INGREDIENTS:

    Dry Ingredients
    -2 tablespoon blanched almond flour
-1 tablespoon Besit or Swerve Brown Sugar (I used Besti)
    -1 teaspoon coconut flour
    -1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    -1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    -pinch of salt

    Wet Ingredients
    -1 large egg
    -1 tablespoon butter

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Mix together all ingredients with a whisk or pop them all into a blender and blend until smooth. Note, you can use any granulated sweetener of choice but brown sugar is what makes these special.
    2. Turn on skillet or pan to low/medium heat and add butter
    3. Pour pancakes on to skillet or pan. Make sure heat isn’t too hot these aren’t like normal pancakes they need more time to cook through. The lower the better but the pan/skillet should be hot enough to melt butter quickly.
    4. Don’t make huge pancakes. The need to be small enough to get your enire spatula under the whole pancake to flip.
    5. Flip after you see the edges browning and light bubbling. You can also slide the spatula under the pancake and check for browning. Flip, cook and remove.
    6. Serve

  4. Winner. These turned out delicious, totally keeping this recipe. I have eaten many keto pancakes in my time, and these are up there with the most yummy. So fluffy, the coconut flour makes a difference. Batter was thick and did not blend easily in my nutribullet. And I failed to read your instructions to cook them on low, so my first one got a bit singed, OK, blackened on one side, but it was still yummy. And I did add a tablespoon of vanilla protein powder and splash of vanilla, which I just always do with my pancakes. This recipe made three perfect small pancakes, and they were very filling. I melted some sugar-free syrup with butter to pour on top.
