    Ingredients

    ==============

    Boiled Egg

    Water

    Tomato

    Garlic

    Ginger

    Seedless Red Chili

    Cashew Nut pieces

    Cinnamon

    Clove

    Green Cardamom

    Refined Oil

    Onion

    Turmeric powder

    Cumin powder

    Coriander powder

    Salt

    Kashmiri Red Chili powder

    Crushed Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek)

    Garam Masala

    Coriander leaves

    Preparation steps

    To prepare this recipe, I will use 3 boiled Eggs for Curry and 1 boiled Egg for grated Egg white.

    Cut 3 boiled Eggs in 6 halves.

    Next I will boil 2 medium size Tomato and Spices.

    Before boiling, make a cross on Tomato. This will help in Peeling off the Tomato skin after boiling.

    Add 2 cups of water in pan and heat.

    Add the Tomato, 6 Garlic pieces, 3 small pieces of Ginger, 1 seedless Red Chili, 12 broken Cashew Nut pieces, 1 Cinnamon, 2 Cloves, 2 Green Cardamoms in water.

    Boil for 5 minutes in full heat.

    After 5 minutes, switch off the heat and take out the Tomato and Spices from water and cool.

    Peel off the boiled Tomato skin.

    Transfer boiled Tomato and Spices in blender and blend to make a paste.

    Next I will prepare the gravy. Add 1/2 cup of Refined Oil in pan an heat.

    Add 2 medium size Onions chopped in Oil and fry till Onion becomes brownish.

    Add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder in the fried Onion and continue stirring.

    Add 1 tablespoon of Cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of Coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of Salt and continue stirring.

    Add the boiled Tomato and Spices paste and mix.

    Add 2 tablespoons of Kashmiri Red Chili powder. Continue stirring till the Oil is getting separated.

    After few minutes of stirring, oil is separated and Spices are fried.

    Add same water used for Tomato and Spices boiling as per requirement and continue stirring. It will form the spicy gravy.

    Add 2 tablespoons of crushed Kasuri Methi, 1/2 tablespoon of Garam Masala in gravy and mix properly.

    Place 6 Egg halves on the gravy. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes, open the cover and switch off the heat.

    Add Coriander leaves on it. Spread grated Egg White on the gravy.

    Restaurant Style Spicy EGG LABABDAR is ready in Home.

    Enjoy and you don’t need to order it from outside again. You can make it in home now by following above steps.
