McDonalds “Bic Mac “ flavour soup Insanely tasty !! 1.8lb ground beef 1 medium white or yellow onion 2 garlic cloves 2tbs ghee or lard 2 medium celery stalks 4 cups of bone broth or chicken stock 1 rutabaga (swede ) 1 cup tomatoes 1 cup chopped or sliced pickled gherkins 2/3 cups sour cream 2 cups grated cheddar 6 egg yolks 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1tsp pink Himalayan salt Ground black pepper 2-4tbs chopped parsley 1tsp mustard Peel and dice the onion and garlic and sauté in ghee on medium heat until golden brown . Put beef in a pan with onion and garlic and cook for few minutes. Pour bone broth ,canned tomatoes and bring to boil. Add chopped celery stalks and chopped rutabaga ,cook for 5 mins under medium heat. Add gherkins and cook for another 10 mins until rutabaga is tender . Add sour cream ,mustard and mix well . Add grated cheese and chopped parsley mix well and reduce heat to low . Using whisk mix cream with egg yolks and slowly pour into the soup while stirring .Cook for one more minute and take off the heat .season with salt and pepper ,garnish with freshly chopped onion .
