    Ingredients

    ==============

    Water

    Sugar

    Yeast

    Atta (Wheat Flour)

    Salt

    Chili Flakes

    Oregano seasoning

    Refined Oil

    Tomato

    Butter

    Garlic

    Ginger

    Onion

    Green Cardamom

    Cloves

    Red Chili powder

    Coriander stalks

    Black Pepper

    Coriander leave

    Preparation steps

    First I will add 3/4 cup of Water in pan and make it lukewarm.

    Add 1 teaspoon of Sugar, 1 and 1/4 teaspoon of Yeast in the lukewarm water. Mix well and cover for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes, the Yeast mixture became cloudy.

    Next I will prepare dough for Bun Bread. I will take 2 cups of Atta (Wheat Flour).

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of Salt, 1 tablespoon of Chili Flakes, 2 tablespoons of Oregano seasoning, 2 tablespoons of Refined Oil, Yeast mixture and mix well to make the dough.

    Spread little Refined Oil in a container. Keep the dough in the container, cover and keep for 1 hour.

    Next I will prepare the Tomato soup.

    Add 2 teaspoons of Butter in pan and heat. Add 1 teaspoon of Chopped Garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of chopped Ginger in Butter.

    Then add 1 small Onion chopped in the Butter and fry till the Onion is little soft.

    Add 1 Green Cardamom, 2 Cloves, 300 gms of Tomato Chopped and continue stirring for 2 minutes.

    Add 1 teaspoon of Salt, 1/2 teaspoon of Red Chili powder and continue stirring. Add Coriander stalks. Add 1/2 cup Water. Cover lid and cook for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes cooking, open the lid and switch off the heat and cool it.

    Blend the Tomato mixture. Then strain the blended Tomato mixture.

    Add 1 teaspoon of Sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper, 1/2 cup of Water in the strained Tomato mixture and mix well. Boil the Tomato mixture for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes of boiling, switch off the gas. Tomato Soup is ready.

    Next I will make the hard Bun Bread with the dough kept for 1 hour. Add little Atta (Wheat Flour) on the dough and knead for few minutes.

    The dough is ready. Cut the dough in 3 equal pieces. Then transform the dough pieces into round shape.

    Keep the dough balls on baking tray and cover it with wet cloth for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, remove the cloth. Make cross on top of the balls. This will prevent cracking of the Bun.

    Brush Refined Oil on the Balls. Next I will bake the balls.

    Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius.

    After 10 minutes of preheat, bake the balls for 20 minutes at 200 degree celsius.

    After 20 minutes of baking, hard Buns are ready.

    Next I will make hole on the Buns. Pour Tomato soup in the hole. Put a Coriander Leave on the Tomato soup.
